Section 16.997, Wis. Stats.,authorizes TEACH to provide educational agencies access to data lines and video links through its educational telecommunications access program.

• Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 public, private, and charter schools
• Wisconsin private colleges and universities
• Wisconsin technical colleges
• Wisconsin accredited museums
• Wisconsin libraries

Eligible applicants can receive TEACH subsidized telecommunications access by simply submitting a completed TEACH application form and a copy of their Department of Public Instruction technology plan.

When your application is approved by the TEACH Administrator, you will gain access to our BadgerNet Converged Network (BCN).

As a guideline, the following table lists the order due date intervals for new installations.

New Order Type	Due Date Interval
New installation of WAN or Internet Service with existing facilities	45 business days
New installation of Video Service with existing facilities	60 business days
New installation of a combination of any service, WAN or Internet, along with Video with existing facilities	60 business days
